Add Hindi translation for repeating-with-loops tutorial

Fixes #1151.

Summary

This PR adds a complete Hindi translation at src/content/tutorials/hi/repeating-with-loops.mdx, based on the latest English source.

Changes

• Translated all instructional prose, section headings, image alt text, and inline code comments to Hindi
• Preserved all JavaScript code, EditableSketch embeds, Callout/AnnotatedLine components, and reference links exactly as-is
• Maintained consistent terminology with the existing Hindi tutorial (get-started.mdx)
