Notwithstanding the cheaper abstract algebra tests, the coverage test was flaky and would often time out before this PR, so I'm just increasing the timeout limit here.UPDATE: Adding thegalois_compileargument toWedderburnArtinComponentTransformerand passing it togalois.GF(...)sped things up considerably, so the timeout limit bump is reverted.
