Overview
Updates pymdown-extensions in uv.lock from 10.21.3 to 11.0.1 (transitive via MkDocs Material). The rest of the lockfile diff is uv marker normalization on unrelated packages, not separate dependency upgrades.

11.x drops Python 3.9 (this repo already requires ≥3.10), fixes Tabbed empty-title crashes (relevant because mkdocs.yml uses pymdownx.tabbed), and tightens B64 relative-link behavior by default—B64 is not enabled in this project’s MkDocs config. 11.0.1 adds regex efficiency fixes in several extensions.
