feat(skills): add dependency-review skill, drop smoke tests from prec ommit#5
Merged
Conversation
…ommit Adds a Package Update Supply Chain Review skill across all four supported agents (Claude slash command, Gemini TOML, Codex/Copilot SKILL.md). Same prompt body sourced from upstream SKILL.md, packaged in each tool's native format so install_commands picks them up automatically. Removes the smoke-tests pre-push hook from .pre-commit-config.yaml — running real agents on every push burns tokens without catching enough regressions to justify the cost. test/smoke remains available for manual runs.
