As we are working on the hex-conservative 1.1.0 release lets document the library here. Also includes:

  • Updates to secp links so we point to new forge instance.
  • Swapping out rust-bitcoincore-rpc with corepc

Does this need 3 separate PRs for transparency?

I don't actually know what this does but the change looks like its
needed and the site builds still ...
Link to the new Forgejo instance for secp.
We currently only link to secp, bitcoin, and miniscript. Add a link to
the hex crate. Use the short name 'hex'.
`corepc` is the org favoured Core RPC repository now. Link to it
instead of the old `rust-bitcoincore-rpc` (sorry Steven).
Add an entry for `hex-conservative` to the list of crates on the
`about` page.
For historical reasons `bitcoin_hashes` uses an underscore. Do so here
too so as to not confuse folk.

I can't remember how this gets deployed. I think its automagically by the gh-pages workflow.

Add a homepage that will link to the soon-to-be-update website that
documents this crate's existence.

Will split this up and remove the hex stuff after discussion in hex crate (PR linked above).
