Fix lockfile catalog mismatch for tinyglobby

Updates pnpm-lock.yaml to match the tinyglobby ^0.2.15 catalog specifier in pnpm-workspace.yaml. This fixes the ERR_PNPM_LOCKFILE_CONFIG_MISMATCH error that was causing all CI checks to fail on #883.
