This pull request updates the app version and significantly expands the feature descriptions and permission explanations in the strings.xml files for both Acholi (values-ach) and Afrikaans (values-af) localizations. The changes improve user understanding of app features, permissions, and quick settings tiles.

Feature and permission descriptions:

• Added detailed descriptions for new and existing features, including Ambient Music Glance, Notification Lighting, Screen Off Widget, Status Bar Icons, Caffeinate, Maps Power Saving, Flashlight Pulse, Snooze Notifications, Quick Settings Tiles, Button Remap, Dynamic Night Light, Screen Locked Security, App Lock, Location Reached, Freeze, System Keyboard, Batteries, Watermark, Calendar Sync, App Updates, Call Vibrations, Sound Mode Tile, UI Blur, Bubbles, Sensitive Content, Tap to Wake, Always On Display, Mono Audio, Flashlight Tile, Stay Awake, NFC, Adaptive Brightness, Private DNS, and USB Debugging. • Introduced new permission explanations for Usage Stats, Notification Listener, and Default Browser, clarifying their purpose in relation to freezing apps and handling links. (app/src/main/res/values-ach/strings.xml, app/src/main/res/values-af/strings.xml) [1] [2]

Quick Settings tiles:

• Added descriptions and labels for the Developer Options tile, including a warning about resetting modified developer settings. (app/src/main/res/values-ach/strings.xml, app/src/main/res/values-af/strings.xml)

App version update:

• Increased versionCode to 25 and updated versionName to 11.1 in app/build.gradle.kts to reflect the new release.

User interface improvements:

• Added new action string "What is this?" to help users understand features in the UI. (app/src/main/res/values-ach/strings.xml, app/src/main/res/values-af/strings.xml)
