Impact on codebase: js-yaml is used only in tests/workflows/parse-deps.spec.ts via a single yaml.load() call to parse deps.yaml files. The one behavioral change (numbers with underscores no longer resolved as numeric scalars, 4.2.0) does not affect this codebase — no YAML fixtures contain underscored numbers.
