Show the users the tag's description in the Tag Group Dialog. This is included in the same list as before, but now is a secondary text in each
ListItemas suggested in MUI Style Guides.Note that
ListItems for tags with a description are slightly taller than tags without a description. (for better or worse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )Motivation
