Scss file copies main CSS file and makes use of color variables and selector nesting.

This PR primarily converts the CSS into SCSS and makes use of selector nesting and variables. I've also included Grunt so that the user of this Repo can simply run
npm installto install Grunt and then rungrunt watchto have grunt automatically watch for changes to the SCSS file and re-write the CSS file with the new changes.I also updated the README to include instructions on using this basic Grunt/SCSS setup.
