Current gitmodules are problematic when it comes to testing a PSA on TA repos without releasing. Those submodules are necessary just for E2E tests on this repo and are public archives, hence bringing them into the library for now. They might be removed eventually and replaced with clonning in CI.
Updating headers for 2026 year.
1. Downgrade temporarily matrix to v3.1.2 in order to avoid new failures introduced by 10.2 Splunk 2. Fix failing e2e tests - rootcause not identified, expected results adjusted. To be investigated if observed on Addons.
