They came from Zhang et al's supplementary data. I've now given the file path in the README. @MariaAVC Could you please merge this PR when you are comfortable? It's ready for review. You are welcome to try to rerun everything to confirm it's all there, but I don't think this is strictly necessary. |

Here I'm adding everything that's needed to obtain the trees analyzed in v2 of the preprint. I will work on a README to help the user orient.
