Configuration for IIS

1. Create a new web site in IIS, that points to <PROCESSMAKER_DIR>\workflow\public_html.

2. Define the binding for this newly created web site (choose between i or ii):

   1. Bind it to a specific port (for example: 8080).
   2. Or, bind it to default port (=80) and a host name (=Virtual Host, =DNS Alias).
