docs: add ADR Discovery to the capability overview - #40

Adds ADR Discovery as a fifth capability: finding which AI tools are present on an endpoint, as distinct from collecting telemetry from the tools already known to be there. Marked as not included in the current open-source release, consistent with how ADR Prevention is listed.

Discovery answers the prior question the other four capabilities assume away — which AI tools are on an endpoint at all — so it reads more naturally ahead of Observability. Reorders the list and the lead-in sentence to match; no wording changes to the items themselves. Adds ADR Discovery to the "How ADR secures enterprise AI agents" section, listed first — ahead of ADR Observability.
The four existing capabilities all start from a known set of agents. Discovery covers the prior question — which AI tools are present on an endpoint at all, including ones installed outside managed channels that produce no telemetry of their own — so it belongs at the head of the list rather than the tail. Observability, Benchmark, Detection, and Prevention shift down to 2–5; their wording is unchanged.
Marked as not included in the current open-source release, consistent with how ADR Prevention is already listed. Documentation only: the numbered list and its lead-in sentence in
README.md.
