This draft pins Vite+ and Vite core to the preview build from vite-plus#2346. It adds the registry bridge that supplies the preview packages.
The existing Vite+ install stays in
~/.vite-plus, as expected.vp env doctorreports no errors.vp check,vp test,vp build, andvp run build:actionpass.
