Making it work nicely with Kotlin, as it is complaining that: `FrameworkScheduler! is inaccessible in this context due to: @TargetApi public/*package*/ open class FrameworkScheduler : Scheduler defined in com.birbit.android.jobqueue.scheduling in file FrameworkScheduler.class`
