add nucleo_g071rb overlay and conf files to configure board to execute spi_loopback to set up the board for executing the spi_loopback test on CI. With this addition, we will now be able to detect SPI and RTIO regressions on this board. Signed-off-by: Fabrice DJIATSA <[email protected]>
