Explanation of Change

As part of the loading indicator standardization (#69850), SearchFiltersWorkspacePage displays a HeaderWithBackButton alongside FullscreenLoadingIndicator. When shouldUseGoBackButton is enabled by default, users would see two back controls. This replaces FullscreenLoadingIndicator with a View-wrapped ActivityIndicator that reproduces the exact same layout and background styling (fullScreenLoading style with componentBG background, 0.8 opacity, centered large spinner).

    • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.

  • If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

This page shows a HeaderWithBackButton alongside the loading indicator.
When shouldUseGoBackButton is enabled by default on FullScreenLoadingIndicator,
users would see two back controls. Replace with a View-wrapped ActivityIndicator
that reproduces the same layout and background styling.

Fixed the failing ESLint check: replaced deprecated StyleSheet.absoluteFillObject with StyleSheet.absoluteFill in SearchFiltersWorkspacePage.tsx:113.
