Superseded by #335, which removes ioredis entirely instead of upgrading it.

ioredis has zero imports anywhere in the tree — Redis Commander goes through the Rust redis crate (Cargo.toml:45) via /api/redis-commander/*, and a Node Redis client could not work in a fully offline desktop app with no server. No reason to take a breaking major on a dependency nothing uses.

This PR is harmless to merge, just unnecessary. Suggest closing in favour of #335.
